As a buyer, we looked at most of the listings online ourselves and chose which houses to tour. Most of these, we toured ourselves but a few our realtor toured for us and sent us videos. They also helped us with submitting offers and ultimately , final paperwork, professional suggestions; but apart from this , i do not think they added much to the process. Since the contribution seems minimal, I don’t understand why they deserve such a hefty pay check ! Can anyone help me understand this ?
